Yesterday Beyonce sang The National Anthem at the 2013 Inauguration.
There has been a little controversy on her singing to the per-recording track. To me, it really doesn't matter because if you haven't noticed every good artist lip sings once in a while. We all have heard Beyonce sing live so we know she can sing.
I'm extremely proud of Beyonce for being of a apart of this memorable moment in history...OnPointCeleb!



Kelly Clarkson also blew the stage away signing "My Country, Tis Of Thee".

President Obama and Michelle Share First Dance To "Lets Stay Together" Sang by Jennifer Hudson

Last night, President Obama and Michelle took to the stage at the 2013 Commander-In-Chief’s Inaugural Ball and romantically danced together while Jennifer Hudson sang Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together.” You would think it would be awkward for them to dance with millions watching, but no, they tuned out everyone and had their moment as husband and wife. There were even a little kissing and sing along going on.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden and his wife danced to the tunes of Jamie Foxx who sang a beautiful re-edition of Ray Charles, “I Can’t Stop Loving You” while playing the piano.

NEWS: Barack & Michelle Obama Talk About Their First Date

The President gave a lucky voter the chance to win "Dinner with Barack". President Barack Obama and The First Lady Michelle Obama decided to give the people a description of their first date. According to Michelle Obama, the President impressed her from the beginning with lunch at the Art institute in Chicago (to show that he was cultured),  followed by a romantic stroll and they ended their date with Spike Lee's, "Do The Right Thing".

This video is too cute. Michelle speaks of the date with such happiness. I love seeing the two together they are a amazing couple...Love it! OnPoint!

MAGAZINE COVER: Michelle Obama Talks About Her Mentor Program

The Michelle Obama looks extremely happy on on the February 2012 issue of MORE magazine. In the issue the First Lady dished on the importance of being a positive role model for young girls and why she began her mentor program that pairs local high school girls with women of the White House staff. She also shared how she’s getting used to her nickname, FLOTUS (First Lady of the United States):

ON MENTORING TEEN GIRLS:
“It’s very personal. I mean, growing up the way that I did — kid from the South Side (of Chicago), going to public schools — the more my career developed, I realized how much I didn’t see, how little exposure I had to opportunities.”

ON HAVING THE NICKNAME ‘FLOTUS’:
“They call me FLOTUS, for first lady of the United States…And there are many times when FLOTUS and POTUS feel like characters.” There have even been times, she says, when she’s craned her own neck to see which celebrity might be causing all the excitement. “And it’s me. Oh, man, it’s FLOTUS. FLOTUS is here. No one told me FLOTUS was coming.”
